This Project was our first new build project, we worked with a local developer called Redbanksia who sourced the site and gained planning we worked with them through the planning phase to ensure the design was done in the most cost efficient way for us to delivery the project on time and budget. We also worked with NHBC on this project to gain our approved house builder status which has allowed us to push on and build more houses for clients, issuing our own new build warranties.
