Our Story
Carpentry co developments Limited is a construction company based in south east London specialising in all aspects of carpentry and construction.
The company was started in the summer of 2020 and since then we have completed a large number of domestic and commercial projects. Our vastly experience team allow us to complete these projects to an extremely high standard. These projects range from small second fix carpentry projects to large loft conversions, extensions and new builds. Although a lot of the work we do is done directly to the end client we do also subcontract for a number of other building companies and do a lot of there first and second fix carpentry work.
We as a team are committed to giving the customer whether that be a domestic client, commercial client or a main contractor the best results possible.

Reece Conlon
Director
Reece has a large amount of experience in both domestic and commercial construction. Reece began his career as a 17 year old apprentice working for a company doing extensions and loft conversions. Reece was a quick learner and it didn’t take him long to begin running projects.
It was a natural progression for Reece to then take up a project managers role at an interior fit out company in London. During his time there he ran a number of large scale projects from bank fit outs to hospital fit outs to converting commercial buildings into residential buildings.
Reece now heads up our team behind the scenes and is a point of contact for all existing customers and new customers.
Tom Nicoll
Director
Tom began his career in construction at the age of 19 years old. He started out as an apprentice for a carpentry company covering all aspects of carpentry. He quickly developed his skills in all aspects of carpentry before specialising in roofing carpentry.
After moving to a new company finishing his apprenticeship, he took up the role of a foreman looking after many domestic projects in the Kent and Sussex area. These projects ranged from full house refurbishments to extensions and loft conversions.
Tom now runs the first fix and structural side of the company and is often a point of contact onsite for our customers.
Kasey Pamphlett
Director
Kasey started his career in the construction industry straight from school. At the age of 16 he attended college full time for a year where he began to learn his trade.
After this he completed his apprenticeships in and around various building sites in London, he then worked for 5 years as a foreman for a company doing refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions.
Kasey is a well-rounded carpenter who can turn his hand to any aspect of carpentry. He runs many of our extensions and loft conversions and is also a point of contact for the customer onsite. Kasey also specialises and heads up the second fix division of the company, from wardrobes, doors and skirting to wall panelling he covers all areas of finishing carpentry.
